Community and Cyber Resilience Manager
Sebastijan Čutura is a CISO Community and Cyber Resilience Manager in European Cybersecurity Organisation (ECSO), where he develops content and establishes mechanisms for cooperation in ECSO’s Community of Chief information Security Officers (CISO). The community was launched in April 2022 and currently consists of 200 CISOs from 26 European countries. Additionally, he monitors and provides analysis on the newest cybersecurity developments and policy on vertical applications of cybersecurity with a focus on the users/operators. Additionally, Sebastijan participates in the H2020 IRIS Project on behalf of ECSO. IRIS aims to integrate and demonstrate a single platform addressed to CERTs/CSIRTs for assessing, detecting, responding to and sharing information regarding threats & vulnerabilities of IoT and AI-driven ICT systems.
Graduate of Economics School of Louvain, Sebastijan joined ECSO in 2021 after working in the European Parliament for the European People’s Party in ITRE Committee (Energy, Research, Energy) on the NIS2 directive.
